We believe that during a snagging list survey we need to carry out all activities available to us in determining the build quality and compliance of your new home.
This includes the use of drones to check your properties roofline/gutters/dormers etc and thermal imaging (when seasonality allows) of windows, doors and loft areas to assist in identifying any potential problem areas or insulation issues.
We also use thermal imaging to check for any signs of damp, water leaks and to check your heating systems radiators or floor heating is primed, efficient and correctly balanced.
